The Mission.

In the latter part of 2022, an exciting new initiative unfolded as the Marketing team, a professional film crew, and the dedicated staff at Snap Circular Quay collaborated on an ambitious project. The mission? To encapsulate Snap's unique value proposition in a compelling short video.

The video aimed to convey Snap's positioning — passion for the craft, personalised customer service, and an unwavering commitment to delivering quality products. It delved into Snap's distinctive approach — consultative, collaborative, and dedicated to understanding clients' business goals, aligning on timing, quality, and cost.

The Outcome.

As much as the video turned out to be a success in itself, the insights gained from this project were instrumental, offering the Marketing team an intimate glimpse into the daily operations of a Snap Centre. This understanding proved to be invaluable for the impending rebrand in 2023. The video project served as a compass, affirming that we were on the right track in adopting the official new name, "Snap Print Solutions."

Beyond its strategic impact, the video project also became a platform for my personal skill development. I embraced the opportunity to learn video editing with Adobe Premiere Pro. Utilising the professional footage, I edited the video and captions to suit alternate messages and various media channels.
