The Refresh.

Email is an important marketing channel at Snap, enabling Centres to connect with their database of customers and keep them informed on a variety of subject matters. To elevate our engagement and better serve our Network, I worked closely with the Marketing team to refresh our eDM templates. The aim was to create a more efficient and impactful approach. This initiative not only enhanced our marketing efforts but also provided a more flexible platform for delivering content.

The Versatility.

While our previous email templates featured vibrant full-bleed images that looked great, they also limited our ability to extend the template to other types of content. Updating to a more contemporary, structured design with our brand colour palette not only established a clearer hierarchy but also gave us the flexibility to cover a broader range of topics – from promoting products and services to highlighting announcements and upcoming events.
